Once your online merchant has processed your order, they will email you an order confirmation. This email needs to be forwarded to info@EgapGO.com upon receipt.
Your merchant will then arrange delivery to our warehouse (this can take anywhere from 1 - 8+ business days depending on your merchant). Once available, you will receive a delivery tracking number from your merchant which can be used to track the location of your package including arrival at our warehouse. If your order has been split into multiple “deliveries” (which is not uncommon), you will receive one tracking number for each package delivery.
You will need to forward the email with the delivery tracking number to info@EgapGO.com before each package is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse.
If we do not receive the delivery tracking number(s) in advance, your package(s) may be refused delivery by our warehouse operator as it will not be on our list of registered customers' packages.
Payment of the "Consolidation & Shipping Fee" to EgapGO (e.g. ocean freight and local delivery costs) must be received before your order will be delivered to you in HK.
Once the vessel has departed the US, you will receive an email from EgapGO with details on how to make payment (bank transfer, ATM transfer, FPS ID).
If payment is made from a different bank account holder then was originally registered with EgapGO, please let us know, info@EgapGO.com, to avoid delays or confusion in processing the payment.
Your merchandise will be considered abandoned if payment of the Consolidation & Shipping Fee is not received 10 days after the vessel arrives in HK and disposed of by EgapGO.
