We are always here for tips and advice on shopping US websites. We get lots of positive feedback about going the extra mile to track packages (especially larger items those being trucked to our warehouse) and following up with merchants when there are issues, delays or questions on the shipping address.
Our customers also find it helpful the way we keep them informed on the status of their packages’ arrival at our warehouse, departures from the US and local delivery arrangements. Unfortunately, occasionally there are delays, but we always keep our customers up-to-date.
